About This Course

Practical Kubernetes with Gardener in Cleura Cloud is a self-paced course covering fundamental Kubernetes and Gardener knowledge. It enables you to understand the basic ideas behind Gardener, and the general structure of the platform. Each topic includes lab exercises, where you will have to opportunity to apply your knowledge hands-on in a virtual environment.

All you need to complete this course is internet access and a web browser.

Prerequisites

To complete the interactive labs in this course, you will need your Cleura Cloud account.

Objectives

Upon completion, you will:

  • understand the fundamental ideas of a microservices architecture,
  • know the fundamentals of containers and container orchestration,
  • understand the fundamentals of Kubernetes and container orchestration,
  • understand the specifics of Gardener in Cleura Cloud,
  • have used Gardener for container deployment, scaling, and high availability.
